Mr Verma agreed to see my 9yr old son following a football injury and instantly knew what the problem was following 6 weeks of us trying to find an answer from the conventional routes. I wrote to him on the Sunday evening and on Monday morning his amazing secretary responded with an appointment that evening. She has been brilliant too and helped to ensure we have all the information and provided us with reassurance of the process.
